This was really two gardens; a triangular shaped garden at the back and a side garden giving access from the front of the house.

The client is a keen gardener and wanted lots of summer colour particularly summer flowers so I planted a lot of perennials.

In the area at the side of the house we put the stone seat between two raised brick planters and planted these with a mix of evergreens and perennials so they would look attractive all year round. The light coloured paving interspersed through the Seaflint aggregates keeps this area light and the bins are tucked away in the purpose built bin store so these are not visible.

Finally the driveway was paved with block paving in a colour to match the house.
