FEES
Usually our first contact starts with a phone call to discuss the garden and what you have in mind. During this phone call I will discuss the general size of the garden, what you would like to do with it and the budget you are thinking about for the project. After this discussion you can decide if you would like me to visit and have a look at the garden which usually takes between an hour and two hours. There is a fee of £100 for this if the site is within 25 miles of my base in Glasgow. For projects further afield mileage costs and travelling time will also be added. This fee will be deducted from the final design fee should you commission a design.
It is always difficult to give you an idea of how much a garden will cost before anything has even been drawn but here is an indication of my fees for the services I provide and fixed fees will be given whenever possible. All fees will be confirmed in writing.
As a rough guide my fees are worked out by the size of the garden but this may alter depending on the complexity of the site, location and client brief.

Project Management fees are based on a percentage of the construction costs.
